Latif Abdul Mumuni
Founder
Runs buying and customer relationships. Spends the season between Techiman and the collection points, and is the person most customers end up speaking to.
LEADERSHIP
Small company, short chain of command. If something goes wrong with your order, the person who can fix it will take your call.
Latlink is run by a small team, which is deliberate and has consequences. Decisions are made quickly because few people need to agree. There is no account management layer between a customer and the person who actually arranged their shipment.
In practice that means the founder is at the collection points during the buying season rather than in an office reading reports about them. It is not a romantic detail. Prices are agreed in person, quality is judged by opening a bag, and the relationships the business depends on are maintained by turning up.
It also means we are honest about capacity. We would rather turn down an order we cannot service properly than accept it and disappoint. Talk to us about what you need.
As the company grows there will be more names on this page. What we do not intend to add is a layer between the customer and the work. If you are buying from us, you should be able to reach the person who arranged your shipment. Where the work happens.

More of the team will be listed here as the company grows.
From the price you were quoted to the container arriving, the same person is accountable. Nothing is handed to a department.
If we cannot meet a specification or a date, you are told before you commit, not after. Declining is cheaper for both sides than failing.
A vessel that has rolled or a lot that has failed a test reaches you from us, not from your clearing agent a week later.
