From the collection point to your gate, arranged and tracked by us, on one invoice.
A shipment from northern Ghana to a European factory changes hands many times. Every handover is a place where it can sit still for a week, and where nobody is quite sure whose problem it is.
We keep it as one job. You get one company to call, one set of updates, and one bill at the end instead of five.
A container that takes eight weeks to reach a European factory rarely spends eight weeks moving. It spends perhaps four at sea and the rest standing still: waiting for a truck at the collection point, waiting for space at the port, waiting for a document that was requested late, waiting on the quay because nobody at destination knew it had arrived.
Every one of those pauses happens at a handover, where one company's responsibility ends and another's begins. Each party is doing their own job correctly. The shipment is nobody's job as a whole, which is precisely why it sits.
We keep it as one job from the collection point to your gate. Inland haulage to store and from store to Tema, on our own arrangements or with hauliers we work with regularly. Consolidation, so a customer taking less than a full container is not paying for empty space. Booking, stuffing and sealing, with photographs of the load if you want them. Then tracking, so we can tell you a vessel has rolled rather than you finding out when it fails to arrive.
None of this makes the sea crossing faster. What it removes is the dead time either side of it, and the phone calls where three companies each explain that the delay belongs to someone else. You get one number to call, one set of updates, and one invoice at the end instead of five arriving separately over a month.
Tell us what you are trying to move and we will tell you plainly what we can do about it.
