Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) – In-Shell, Unprocessed
High-quality, unprocessed raw cashew nuts sourced from Ghanaian and West African farms, supplied in bulk to cashew processing industries in Asia, primarily Vietnam and India.
LATLINK ENT supplies raw cashew nuts (RCN) sourced directly from farmers and aggregators across Ghana's cashew-growing belt, with additional sourcing capacity from neighboring West African producing countries when volume demands require it. Our raw cashew nuts are unprocessed, meaning the nut is still enclosed in its outer shell, exactly as harvested and dried, ready for export to shelling and processing facilities. Each shipment is quality-checked against standard international benchmarks, including nut count (the number of nuts per kilogram, typically between 170 and 210 for export-grade Ghanaian cashew), moisture content (kept at or below 9% to prevent spoilage during transit), and Kernel Outturn Ratio (KOR), which measures how many kilograms of usable kernel can be extracted from every 80kg bag of raw nuts. Higher KOR means better value for processors, and we work to supply nuts within the 45-52 lb KOR range preferred by major buyers. LATLINK ENT primarily supplies processing markets in Vietnam and India, the world's two largest cashew processing hubs, where raw nuts are shelled, peeled, graded, and prepared for the global consumer market. We handle sourcing, quality control, and export documentation, allowing processors to receive consistent, verified volumes without managing multiple upstream suppliers directly. Shipments are available from single container loads (around 20-25 metric tons) up to larger multi-container or bulk vessel orders for buyers with higher processing capacity. Full export documentation is provided, including certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and a quality/weight inspection certificate from an independent surveyor, with pre-shipment sample inspection available on buyer request.
